Job Summary
Are you a driven sales professional who loves seeing a project through from the first "hello" to the final handshake? We are seeking an Inside and Outside Sales Consultant to manage the full sales lifecycle of our premium door solutions.
This is a dynamic role that begins in our showroom—where you will become a product expert—and evolves into a hybrid of office and field-based sales. You aren't just an order-taker; you are a consultant helping homeowners, builders, and designers elevate their properties with high-end products.

Core Responsibility: Full Sales Cycle Ownership
In this role, you own the process. There are no handoffs. You are responsible for:
- Generating Estimates: Creating accurate quotes using company and vendor software.
- Consistent Follow-Up: Maintaining a disciplined "win the lead" mentality.
- Closing Sales: Guiding customers through selection to a final agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Respond to inbound leads (calls, walk-ins, email, and social media) with urgency. Conduct showroom consultations and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Turnaround Excellence: Maintain a 24-hour turnaround time for all estimates.
- Field Transition: Conduct site visits and field measurements as the role evolves into outside sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with builders, designers, and homeowners to ensure repeat business.
Schedule & Requirements
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility: Must be flexible to meet changing company and customer needs.
- Experience: Previous sales experience (construction or home improvement preferred) and a high level of interpersonal "urgency" are key to success.
- Location: This is a 100% in-person role.
