Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Grand Rapids, MI, for an Estimator/Project Manager. The role involves preparing accurate project cost estimates, coordinating project execution, managing budgets, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Additional responsibilities include effective communication with customers & team members, evaluating project requirements, and maintaining detailed project documentation to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Mandatory experience with Construction Estimating and Project Estimation methods
- Strong Cost Management and Budgeting skills
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in construction project management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in specialty construction industries is an advantage
