1st Shift: 8am-4:30pm (M-F)As Shipping and Receiving lead, you will be responsible for our warehouse, fleet, and department personnel.Duties & Responsibilities:Order, receive, inventory, and track rotation of materials and equipment across departments and job sitesEnforce safety programs to maintain our zero-incident safety culture plus compliance with all company, DOT, OSHA, DOL and legal regulations or policiesCoordinate distribution process with various departmentsOversee shipping/receiving via advanced shipping notices, pick slips, bills of lading, etc.; identify issues and implement solutions in a timely manner (emphasis on inventory control)Document the operations, planning, and logistics activities accurately and appropriately, and according to established formatsAnalyze demand forecasts, work orders, and invoices daily to estimate shipping, storage, and delivery requirements; use this information to process resource allocation requests.Manage and maintain department vehicles: trailers, cranes, forklifts and trucks, according to check-up schedules then initiate appropriate actions to remedy and meet company standardsConsistently review warehouse operations to determine overall levels of efficiency, safety, employee morale, and production; present findings and suggested changes to leadershipRequirements:Previous work experience as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk or LeadManufacturing environment experienceGood understanding of shipment and delivery processesExperience with inventoryStrong sense of time organization and urgencyBilingual: English & Spanish
