Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of loan applications for individuals and businesses. The Loan Officer will also work closely with clients to identify their needs, and provide information on the bank’s services that can help meet those needs. Day-to-day tasks will include managing mortgage loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and offering customer service support throughout the loan process.
Qualifications

- Experience with Loan Officers and Loan Origination
- Knowledge of Finance and Underwriting processes
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Certification or training in loan processing and underwriting is a plus
