Overview
LG Mechanical & General Home Service LLC is looking for a motivated and professional Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team.
We are seeking someone who is confident communicating with customers, enjoys sales, and is motivated to develop new business opportunities
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and seek new customers and projects.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Present and explain our HVAC and plumbing services.
- Visit potential customers and job sites when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on estimates and proposals.
- Negotiate and help close sales.
- Maintain communication with the office regarding customers, estimates, and projects.
- Represent LG Mechanical professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience preferred.
- HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home-services experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, responsible, organized, and professional.
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone.
- Ability to develop new customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience. Salary/commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
