rviewWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Safety (EHS) Rep to join our project team for the largest battery energy storage project in the world (AZ). The Site Safety Rep will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment, and managing risk across site operations. This role is critical in minimizing workplace incidents, reducing environmental impact, and ensuring legal compliance. This position reports to the EHS Man
ager.

- dards.Conduct regular audits to verify compliance and recommend improve
- ments.Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement control mea
- sures.Develop and maintain risk management plans and safety prot
- ocols.Design and deliver project site specific orientation training programs for all project
- staff.Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organiz
- ation.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine causes and prevent recur
- rence.Document findings and implement corrective ac
- tions.Develop and update emergency response
- plans.Conduct drills and ensure readiness for various emergency scen
- arios.Oversee waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initia
- tives.Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous mate
