Summary:
As an SRP Operator I you will monitor, make minor adjustments, operate HMI control panels, and perform quality checks to ensure you provide high quality material to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests on material to ensure they meet quality inspection criteria and specifications
- Support analysis of test results and assist with implementing corrective measures as necessary to ensure that all materials comply with established quality standards
- Support light wrenching and maintenance tasks on SRP tower equipment to ensure proper operation and prevent equipment malfunctions
- Ensure proper handling of various solvents during sampling, testing, and cleaning
- Assist with the management of hand tool inventories, ensuring they are well-maintained, readily available, and stored properly
- Support the inventory of SRP materials, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring proper storage and handling
- Complete daily documentation and audits, as required by position
- Follow established work instructions
- Able and willing to perform tasks in all weather conditions
- Adhere to safety requirements at all times, including the use of proper PPE
- Adhere to general, and position-specific, dress code requirements
- Participate in, and successfully complete, any and all training requirements
- Regular and reliable on-site attendance is required
- Maintain cleanliness at worksite in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
- Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
- Follow LGESMI existing cleaning SOP’s during downtime (e.g. line stop, waiting time, etc.), which includes cleaning your designated machine and/or surrounding work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience
Skills:
- Basic computer literacy
- Communication skills

- Basic arithmetic ability
- Reading and writing skills
- Ability to work well with individuals and teams to ensure the team meets & exceeds expectations
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following PPE for a period of up to 12 hours
