Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruiter to work in close partnership with our internal customers and external service providers to recruit primarily for production positions (hourly and salary).
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal leadership to identify specific needs for different positions
- Source and interview job applicants, evaluate applicant skills, make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications, and provide job offers primarily for production positions (i.e. production operators, production supervisors, production engineers).
- Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
- Utilize company systems and structures effectively and efficiently
- Work to foster a highly desirable workplace with the involvement of all team members to achieve our shared goals
- Follow HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the law, corporate policies and business objectives
- Provide assistance and counsel to members on HR policies and personal issues, and keep team members informed of all changes in HR policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication or a related field
- Experience handling a broad range of responsibilities preferably in a manufacturing environment, focused on recruiting/staffing and compensation analysis
- Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and team member information
- Urgency and demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing goals
- Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Korean English Bilingual a plus
