Job Title: Database Entry
Location: Chandler, AZ
Position Type: Part Time
Pay: $19-20 per Hour
Main Tasks
- Manage customer RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and prepare quotations, including simple price verification and quotation creation based on specified URLs
- Capture and document pricing evidence from relevant URLs to maintain organized and verifiable quotation records
- Coordinate deliveries to end locations and confirm item receipt in collaboration with the Logistics Team
- Complete system-related tasks, including product registration and sales price entry
- Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange and manage customer deliveries
- Follow up on order ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) through the local purchasing team or external partners
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
- Fluent in English
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be bilingual in both Korean and English
