The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Associate Marketing Specialist to support regional field marketing efforts and help bring the LG brand to life across distributor and dealer partners. This is an entry-to-early-career role ideal for someone eager to learn field, channel, and B2B marketing while gaining hands-on experience in campaigns, events, and partner support. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to help execute marketing initiatives, support programs, and ensure LG shows up consistently and professionally in the field.
What You’ll Get to Do
- Assist the Field Marketing team by assisting with distributor & dealer collaboration to support regional marketing programs and initiatives
- Assist with regional marketing initiatives in collaboration with field marketing, sales and distributor partners
- Support onboarding efforts and brand enablement for distributors and dealers
- Support Field Marketing team with coordinating launches, campaigns, promotions, and local events
Assist with Co-Op & Marketing Programs
- Support co-op funding processes, documentation, and approvals
- Help distributors understand marketing guidelines and best practices
- Assist with tracking program participation and usage
Help Activate Local Campaigns
- Support local marketing activities, training sessions, and roadshows
- Assist with social, digital, and event-based marketing efforts
- Help adapt national campaigns for regional and local execution
Event & Field Marketing Support
- Assist with planning and execution of distributor meetings, trainings, and industry events
- Help ensure LG brand standards are represented at all field activities
- Track & Learn
- Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and follow-up
- Gather feedback and insights from the field to support continuous improvement
This role requires up to 50% travel approximately, supporting regional partners and field activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, channel marketing, or a related role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating with a broader team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Exposure to B2B, distributor, or channel marketing environments
- Familiarity with HVAC, construction, or contractor-based industries
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
- Familiarity with digital and social marketing platforms (Canva, Meta tools, Google Ads)
- Interest in learning the contractor and installer ecosystem
