This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appliance Technician located in Greater Orlando. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of LG appliances to ensure full customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include troubleshooting malfunctions, performing preventative maintenance, and conducting on-site repairs. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining LG's reputation for high-quality solutions.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical components in appliances.
- Experienced in troubleshooting techniques and reading technical manuals or schematics.
- Skillful in time management and maintaining organized service records.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures when handling appliances and repair tools.
- Ability to lift and move heavy appliances, along with a valid driver’s license for travel to customer locations.
- Experience with LG appliances is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certification or a degree in a related field is preferred.
