This position works closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales teams to monitor demand, manage inventory levels, and support daily production schedules.

Position Summary
The PP/SCM Associate supports production planning, inventory control, materials management, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient manufacturing and on-time delivery of products. This position works closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales teams to monitor demand, manage inventory levels, and support daily production schedules.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and inventory requirements.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with Procurement to prevent shortages.
- Analyze inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize stock while minimizing excess inventory.
- Support monthly, weekly, and daily production planning activities.
- Review production performance and prepare planning and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams regarding inbound and outbound materials.
- Maintain planning and inventory data within ERP systems.
- Track KPIs including inventory turnover, production attainment, material shortages, and delivery performance.
- Assist with forecasting activities and capacity planning.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain efficiency and cost reduction.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management review.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
