Summary:
The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand consistency, digital presence, and firm growth. This position is responsible for producing creative marketing assets, supporting digital and social marketing efforts, managing campaign execution, and maintaining firm and Advisor marketing platforms. The Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with the Marketing Director to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand materials, manage multiple priorities, and support the successful implementation of marketing strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials including advertisements, invitations, social media graphics, website graphics, flyers, banners, handouts, and other visual assets
- Manage and prioritize incoming design requests while ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content on Facebook and LinkedIn
- Maintain and update Advisor websites to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
- Manage the Marketing on Demand automated email system, including template and content updates
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including proofing, budgeting, and performance monitoring
- Design and format press releases and supporting marketing materials
- Provide creative support for office moves and location changes
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to support marketing initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field; or 1 to 3 years of equivalent experience
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe InDesign and Canva
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, including Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
Preferred Skills and Tools
- Experience supporting or managing digital advertising campaigns
- Experience scheduling and managing social media content, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn
- Experience with video editing or multimedia content creation is a plus, but not required
