Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Chattanooga, TN, requires an Online Sales Specialist to manage and enhance the customer experience for prospective buyers. Responsibilities include responding to online inquiries, conducting virtual consultations, nurturing leads through effective communication, maintaining and updating lead databases, and collaborating with internal teams like marketing and sales to achieve success. The candidate will also assist customers with information about available homes, pricing, and processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Must have real estate license.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients effectively and address their inquiries.
- Proven Sales experience and the ability to convert leads into successful outcomes.
- Experience with Online Marketing strategies and tools to increase customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Training, coaching, or guiding clients or colleagues is an added advantage.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management systems, and data tracking is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
