The Medical Screener will be responsible for performing health screenings, collecting donor vital signs, ensuring donor safety, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting with medical tasks within the scope of the role and maintaining a clean and organized working environment to support the plasma donation process.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide a positive donor experience
- Experience or certification in Medical Assisting, Medicine, and related tasks
- Knowledge and ability to perform Vital Signs checks and monitor donor health
- Skills in Health Screening to ensure donor eligibility and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical training or certification is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support the team
