Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within our law firm. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Schedule appointments and manage the firm's calendar.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Support attorneys and staff with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
