Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid (in office and work from home) role for a Licensed Insurance Agent located in Lima, OH. The Licensed Insurance Agent will handle day-to-day responsibilities including (personal lines) client insurance renewals, call-in and walk-in new sales, and advising clients on financial protection and coverage. The role will also involve delivering excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, or Insurance Brokerage
- Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Active insurance license for the state of Ohio
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in an on-site team environment
- Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
- High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field is a plus
