Essential Duties:
- Responsible for at-home deliveries and transporting vehicles between other Lexus and Heritage stores
- Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating shop location and hours of operation
- Follows up with all sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction
- Career Growth to Service Advisor or Sales Associate
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 2 years of Retail/Direct to consumer sales experience
- Bilingual skills is preferred
- Must be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate each feature of the vehicle
- Must be available to work nights, weekends
- Ability to explain technology to individuals who may/may not be technologically inclined
- Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
