Automotive dealership is seeking a full-time, experienced Automotive Tag & Title Clerk to join our successful and growing team! This is a great opportunity to join this busy Dealership! Compensation is commensurate with experience.

- Preparing and processing tag and title documents and all titling transactions for local and out-of-state titling.
- Preparing checks for title work and customer refunds as needed.
- Processing and reconciling all titling documents through Dealer Tag Agency.
- Posting all titling transactions and monitor corresponding schedules.
- Title issue tracking.
- Properly figure out of state taxes for title processing
- Properly represent the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and post daily bank deposit
- Input and post to the general ledger all new and used vehicles for inventory
- Process all wholesale and dealer trades
- Must have at least one (1) year of recent Automotive Title Clerk experience
- General office dealership experience required
- CDK experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, high volume dealership
- Able to work on time-sensitive projects with tight deadlines
- Must be a team player with integrity and strong work ethics
