- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the auto industry
- Strong understanding of automotive technology and a passion for learning more
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer and technology systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
