Seeking a customer service focused individual, who is an energetic and friendly people person to join our team as a Valet!
You will be assisting our Service Staff in locating and delivering vehicles to the service drive for customers who are awaiting their vehicles. Primarily a valet attendant and sometimes shuttle driver.
This is an entry-level position with lots of opportunity for growth!
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Promptly greet our guests, providing a calming and positive atmosphere
- Perform a needs assessment of the customer and recommend products and services, or pass along consumer leads to the sales department depending on level of expertise.
- Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Take initiative and resolve in escalations or complaints.
- Maintain a positive representation of Lexus of Watertown and the Lexus brand at all times.
- Ability to listen, learn, and take direction from leadership.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
- Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises.
Requirements
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Friendly and customer service focused.
- Must be a team player.
- Previous customer service and hospitality experience is a plus.
- Must have strong communications skills.
- Must be organized.
- Must be personable and comfortable interacting with our guests daily.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
