Service Advisor - Lexus Of Southampton
Lexus of Southampton is seeking a motivated, professional Service Advisor to join our growing service department. This role is ideal for someone who excels at customer communication,Sales and understands dealership service operations, and takes pride in delivering a premium ownership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly document customer concerns
- Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a transparent, confident way
- Communicate effectively with technicians and shop leadership to ensure timely repairs
- Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to Lexus standards
- Maintain strong CSI and customer retention
- Follow dealership processes for scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
- Be able to work in a team setting
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
- Sales experience
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license
