About us
Lexus of Southampton recently completed a facilities update, that will includes an enlarged, modernized showroom and enclosed Service drive. We will have a state of the art, environmentally responsible car wash and Level 2 EV Charging Station.
We are looking to enhance and complement our existing Sales Team with up to 4 of the right individuals. Apply now to become part of our dynamic sales team!
Duties:
We will Train you to:
- Provide an Excellent Guest Experience while assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle.
- Conduct follow-up with potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Provide information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and explain the benefits of each vehicle to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers to close deals.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the Management team to meet monthly sales objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Experience:
- Previous experience in car sales and retail sales plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Professional Business appearance and attire.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks.
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer objections professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
