WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Internet Sales Consultant, you'll play a vital role in driving online sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to leads and inquiries generated through our website
- Guiding customers through the buying process with professionalism and expertise
- Offering test drives and explaining vehicle features, benefits, and performance
- Writing sales orders, processing paperwork, and maintaining follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Keeping up to date with Lexus product innovations, accessories, and industry trends
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
- Sales (and/or automotive sales), cold calling, prospecting, customer service, CRM, and Microsoft Suite experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- A passion for luxury automobiles and customer service
- The ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to operate technology of vehicles, phones, and computers, as well as social media.
