Job Responsibilities
- Assist all technicians, guests, other internal customers, and vendors with necessary parts orders
- Suggest companion part requirements and ensure exposure to the full product line
- Pull parts purchased from inventory and maintain accurate bin counts
- Order parts and accessories from Lexus and approved after-market suppliers
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all payment transactions
- Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of parts counter experience
- R&R (ERA) experience is a PLUS
- Successful retail and cash handling experience
- Basic knowledge of automobiles
- Is legally able to work in the United States
- Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability
