Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized technology demonstrations for new Lexus owners, ensuring a thorough understanding of all features and functions.
- Provide ongoing support to customers to address any questions or issues related to vehicle technology.
- Collaborate with sales and service to identify and address common customer concerns, and develop strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledgeable on most recent technological advances, including various models of cell phones.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
