- Energetic team player who has a strong understanding of automotive technology.
- Self-Motivated individual who is career minded and customer centric.
Qualifications:
- Experience providing front-line support to customers with complex technology questions.
- Track record of serving as the technology consultant to all teammates in the dealership.
- Resolving customer inquiries about vehicle technology issues (Lexus experience preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot Vehicle Technology & System features and become a subject matter expert on all product knowledge on all vehicles (Lexus experience preferred).
