In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our service department—greeting guests, guiding them to the right team members, and ensuring a seamless experience as you manage our loaner vehicle program from start to finish.

- Manage the check-in and check-out process for all loaner vehicles in accordance with current policies
- Ensure all loaner cars are clean, well-maintained, and properly accounted for
- Drive loaner vehicles as needed
- Follow up with customers on loaner-related needs or concerns
- Assist customers with Bluetooth, navigation, and basic vehicle feature questions
- Collaborate with Hertz/Enterprise to streamline the loaner process when necessary
- Collect payments for repair orders, rentals, vehicle sales, and other transactions
- Perform additional tasks assigned

- 2-3 years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and training
- Strong customer relations skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries
