Office Staff employee in Miami

Lexor Miami is the largest sunglasses store in Miami, specializing in authentic designer products including sunglasses, watches, and perfumes from over 200 recognized brands such as Cartier, Gucci, Prada, Ray-Ban, and many more.

We are conveniently located just minutes from Miami International Airport, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, Doral, Wynwood, and the Design District.

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Staff (Administrative Assistant) to support daily office operations. This is a fully on-site position, and candidates must live near the Lexor Miami store.

• Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
• Provide excellent customer service (in-person, phone, and email)
• Assist with basic accounting tasks (budgets, expenses, transactions)
• Support inventory management and product organization
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Must live near Lexor Miami store
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
• Previous experience in administrative or office roles
• Experience working with products such as sunglasses, watches, perfumes, or jewelry (preferred)
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
• Experience with inventory management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Base Pay Bonus Overtime (if applicable)
• Hourly Rate: $15 – $30 (negotiable based on experience)
