We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Staff (Administrative Assistant) to support daily office operations. This is a fully on-site position, and candidates must live near the Lexor Miami store.
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Provide excellent customer service (in-person, phone, and email)
- Assist with basic accounting tasks (budgets, expenses, transactions)
- Support inventory management and product organization
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Must live near Lexor Miami store
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- Previous experience in administrative or office roles
- Experience working with products such as sunglasses, watches, perfumes, or jewelry (preferred)
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital tools
- Experience with inventory management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Base Pay Bonus Overtime (if applicable)
- Hourly Rate: $15 – $30 (negotiable based on experience)
