Our client, a national law firm, seeks several professionals for a short-term assignment supporting an insurance investigation involving a fire at a car dealership. The site includes multiple offices and showroom areas with documents that need to be secured, organized, and cataloged.
Work will take place on-site in De Queen for 3-4 days during the week of November 10th. Rate is $25-35/hr, depending on experience. Prior insurance or legal industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Organize and photograph physical documents from desks, file cabinets, and showroom areas
- Label and describe each document clearly for assessment purposes
- Track and log document details using a structured system (e.g., spreadsheet or database)
- Collaborate with onsite movers and an insurance company representative
- Ensure documents are stored securely in onsite containers
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the project
Salary : $10,500 - $17,500
