Our client, a boutique law firm specializing in real estate, business, and probate law, is seeking a Business and Real Estate Litigation Attorney for their El Segundo office. This is a hybrid position. Salary range: $180k - $225k, depending on experience. Excellent benefits and bonus structure.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings
- Conduct legal research
- Manage all phases of discovery
- Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, and trials
- Negotiate settlements
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Support the managing partners on litigation matters
- Perform administrative and case management responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide outstanding client service
Requirements:
- Member of the California Bar and in good standing
- 5 years’ experience in litigation law for Plaintiff and Defense work
- 3 years’ experience in business and real estate law (preferred)
