Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Dayton, OH, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Development Representative will identify and generate new business opportunities, engage prospects through targeted outreach, and develop relationships with potential clients to contribute to revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include conducting lead generation activities, nurturing leads through communication, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a focus on building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage prospects and establish valuable relationships.
- Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus.
