About The Role
Leads the development and management of strategic print and digital partnerships at local, national, and international levels, including the Digital Library, e-commerce, external alliances, CLP, and Corrections, state government, and other partners. Identifies, negotiates, and maintains relationships with media, publishing, and digital distribution partners to expand reach and drive engagement. Coordinates partnership strategies, including content placement, pricing structures, budget oversight, and promotional initiatives across print and digital channels.
Develops and executes integrated partnership campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize visibility and performance.
Provides leadership to managers and/or senior professional staff and has accountability for the performance and results of multiple diverse teams; delivers results through effective management and ensures operational and functional goals are achieved. Contributes to the strategic direction of the function by shaping partnership frameworks and growth initiatives.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $118,300 - $219,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.

Responsibilities
- Creating digital strategies and programs to promote products and services
- Managing the implementation of programs and analyzing their effectiveness
- Aligning and managing relationships with search engines and portals for digital goals
- Monitoring website usage trends, visitor quality, and advertising campaign effectiveness for the organization
- Designing and maintaining website graphics and layouts to support brand identity across web materials
- Maintaining up-to-date and accessible product-service information on the organization's website for customers
- Be knowledgeable about industry and internal standards, as well as changing business environment
- Be able to leverage industry expertise to boost financial and operational performance in a region or division
- Be able to lead through subordinate managers of managers; execute division or regional strategy
- Demonstrate advanced analytical skills to solve complex and unique business problems effectively
- Be able to influence divisional or regional outcomes, following divisional strategy as guidance
- Be able to influence and negotiate with internal/external stakeholders, including senior execs and vendors/regulators
