About The Role
The Solution Expert has domain expertise of Firco Enterprise products solutions. The Solution Expert has three key responsibilities within Professional Services. They provide guidance and assistance on key implementation projects and escalations. They ensure knowledge is shared across all teams globally and develop and maintain the standard of materials used during projects. They also provide feedback and guidance to Product Team on common use of our product by clients.
