Sales Specialist (Law Enforcement - CopLogic) LexisNexis® Risk Solutions provides customers with solutions and data that combine public and industry specific content with advanced technology and analytics to assist them in their claims workflow. We use the power of data and advanced analytics to help our customers make better, timelier decisions resulting in process efficiency and increased customer satisfaction and improved claim outcomes. By bringing clarity to information, we ultimately help make claim decisions easier, improve triaging and early claim insights and processes more efficient. The Role This position exists to develop relationships with law enforcement agencies and to promote their contribution of data to the LexisNexis Contributory Database. Accountabilities Establish relationships with key law enforcement agencies with the intent to demonstrate product offerings for the industry. Responsible for scheduling appointments with decision makers to communicate the value of contributing data into the LexisNexis repository. Must understand the LexisNexis value proposition as it relates to the law enforcement community as well as competitive offerings and articulate those benefits to the agency in a meaningful manner. Must be trained and familiar with our Company messaging and attain a high-level understanding of our solutions. Attend corporate sponsored tradeshows and local and regional law enforcement association events to build brand recognition and networking. Responsible for the administration, coordination and communication of solution implementations. Responsible for establishing key levels of customer support and service during the rollout process to ensure successful implementations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience. Extensive sales experience required. Law Enforcement experience preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of products. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
