Georgetown Treatment Specialists provides comprehensive services to individuals seeking recovery from opioid addiction or dependency. Our program combines counseling with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to support patients on their recovery journey.
- Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
- Phlebotomy/blood draw experience preferred
- Experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or outpatient care preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing support for patients receiving medication-assisted treatment

Assist the Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner with patient care activities, including:
- Patient intakes
- Annual physicals
- Blood draws
- Urine drug screens
- TB testing
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Provide patient education while maintaining confidentiality and respect
- Assist with medication administration when required in accordance with clinic protocols
- Support daily clinical operations as needed
Nurses in this role must be comfortable performing hands-on clinical tasks in an outpatient addiction treatment setting, including laboratory draws and patient assessments.
Schedule Expectations:
This position requires reliable attendance for early morning clinic hours.
Candidates must be able to consistently arrive on time for the 5:00 AM start time.
