Job Responsabilities and Qualifications

Qualifications/Job Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma or Ged
• Must be 21 or older
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Must be able to work on feet for full shift excluding breaks
• Must be willing and able to climb stairs without assistance and scaffold and ladders up to 8 ft
• Job requires an ability to use basic hand tools, painting equipment, janitorial equipment and commercial landscaping equipment

Job Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8-5 is the ideal schedule but this is flexible for the right candidate

Duties

• Landscaping experience/experience with commercial landscaping equipment strongly preferred/encouraged. Landscaping in season is about 50% of the overall duties of this position
• Regular inspection and removal of all trash/litter on grounds and parking lot
• Small drywall repairs and paint touch ups
• Participate in routine repaints of common areas
• Participate in trash out/fit up of vacated tenant spaces
• Replace damaged ceiling tiles as needed
• Clean out of parking lot and roof drains when necessary
• Clean up of accidental spills/messes when necessary
• Stocking janitorial products, paper goods and other inventory
• Take pictures and log work completed
• Other related tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
