Leasing Process:
- Conduct thorough and persuasive property presentations to encourage leasing.
- Process leasing applications, conduct background checks, and verify rental references.
- Explain lease terms and conditions to tenants, ensuring understanding and compliance.
Marketing and Outreach:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
- Utilize various advertising platforms to promote available properties.
- Participate in property events and promotions to enhance visibility and leasing opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate and organized leasing records.
- Prepare leasing agreements, renewal documents, and other leasing-related paperwork.
