Pay & Schedule
- LVN Pay Rate: Starting at $26-$27/hour
- RN Pay Rate: Starting at $35/hour
- Schedule: PRN (As Needed), 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
- Conduct clinical assessments and record resident vital signs.
- Document updates and treatment notes in Electronic Health Records.
- Communicate resident status changes to physicians and family members.
- Provide direction and support to floor CNAs during shift tasks.

Qualifications
- Active Texas LVN or RN license in good standing.
