Lexington Medical Lodge is a premier skilled nursing and post-acute care facility dedicated to serving the Farmersville community. We are currently seeking professional, clinically competent nurses (LVN or RN) to join our team.

Pay Rate:
- LVN: Starting at $26.00/hr
- RN: Starting at $35.00/hr
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 6AM - 6PM
- Night Shift: 6PM - 6AM
- Schedule Structure: Rotating 12-hour schedule with every other weekend off to ensure work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for the delivery of quality patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Clinical Care: Execute comprehensive nursing care plans and physician orders with precision.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments accurately; monitor for efficacy and side effects.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate electronic medical records (EMR) regarding resident assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate effectively with physicians, rehabilitation therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Supervision: Provide leadership and oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high standards of daily care.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold strict infection control protocols and maintain a safe, orderly environment for residents.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Current, unencumbered LVN or RN license in the State of Texas.

- Experience: Previous experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF), Long Term Care (LTC), or Post-Acute Rehabilitation is preferred, but we welcome motivated professionals willing to learn.
