CNAs partner closely with floor nurses and team members to complete scheduled rounds and maintain clean living areas. Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Starting at $16/hr, scaling upward with experience (Night shift differential available)
- Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (6AM - 6PM / 6PM - 6AM)

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily personal care routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
- Complete scheduled turning and positioning to maintain skin integrity.
- Conduct regular rounds to answer call lights promptly and address resident needs.
- Help transfer residents safely using proper body mechanics or mechanical lifts when required.
- Assist during meal service by distributing trays and monitoring intake.
- Record weight, vital signs, and daily activity logs accurately in medical records.
- Keep resident rooms tidy and report changes in condition directly to the charge nurse.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Must pass a standard criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
