Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including training and development, benefits administration, preparing and processing weekly payroll in ADP, program management, performance management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Duties: - Work with the Management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards - Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates - Conduct new employee orientations and ensure proper onboarding procedures are followed - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off - Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans - Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions when necessary - Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as Kronos or UltiPro - Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement within the HR department - Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance Experience: - Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws - Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Kronos, UltiPro) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams We offer competitive compensation packages along with comprehensive benefits.
