What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Human Resources position at Lexington Center for Recovery, Inc?
Lexington Center, the largest provider of outpatient treatment and residential substance use disorder services in the Hudson Valley, is seeking a seasoned human resources professional to oversee all the issues related to hiring, supervising, maintaining and monitoring staffing throughout the agency. Candidates must have at least 3 years of work experience in a supervisory position within a human resources field and hold a Master’s degree in a personnel-related field or its equivalent.
Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
