LaborerEssential Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs manual labor for golf course construction.
- Performs duties such as shoveling, raking, loading, and unloading materials and equipment.
- Operates various types of golf course construction equipment.
- Responsible for adhering to all company safety and OSHA regulations.
- The ability to work overtime and regular punctual attendance is required.
- Must be familiar with golf course construction.
- Must have worked on at least one golf course construction project.
- Must be able to read and comprehend company policies.
- Must understand and/or speak English.
- Must be able to work unsupervised at times.
- Must be able to learn basic equipment skills.
- Bilingual communication is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently.
- Requires a considerable amount of bending and stooping.
- Overtime and weekends work required.
