Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related and five years of experience is required.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise detailing firms including detailers, checkers and modelers.
- Coordinate project design with engineers for connections and calculations.
- Negotiate detailing contracts, scopes and costs.
- Manage and track detailing schedules with Project Coordinators and Managers.
- Review design drawings for project requirements and provide direction on fabricator preferences.
- Review fabrication drawings for accuracy and presentation.
- Conduct daily meetings with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and upper management.
- Program robots to fabricate steel members.
- Adhere to all company safety/OSHA rules and regulations.
- The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related and five years of experience is required.
Academic Training And/or Experience Must Include
- Experience in a structural steel detailing department
- Detailing knowledge
- Knowledge of Tekla Structures software
- Must have knowledge of Blue Beam and Adobe Pro
- Knowledge to display complex plate assemblies and heavy structural members on drawings for fabrication.
