Salary: Up to $185K base signing bonus

A leading MEP consulting firm is seeking an experienced Mechanical Department Manager to oversee HVAC design and project operations for large-scale commercial, healthcare, aviation, government, institutional, and industrial facilities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead mechanical design teams and oversee HVAC systems, including central plants, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications.
• Provide technical leadership, quality control, and mentorship.
• Support business development and long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; PE license preferred.
• 10 years of mechanical/HVAC design and project management experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit MEP a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanical codes, load calculations, and sustainable design practices.
