Job Description:
● Participate in a 10-week internship program that includes a comprehensive and
structured training curriculum. This will include training on the Medicare business, to
serve Medicare eligible members and prospects looking for health care coverage.
● Experience to include networking opportunities, basic technical skills training,
speaker series, and additional enrichment activities throughout the summer program.
● Develop and refine selling and presentation skills through selling competitions,
simulated practice, projects and job shadowing.
● Exposure to our end-to-end sales process, health insurance, our consumer base and
the role that our organization plays in the market.
● Gain an understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer Sales model, and the role it plays
in overall distribution.
● Support agent interactions by assisting with inquiries and providing relevant
information and resources, either directly or through collaborative team efforts. This
provides hands on exposure to sales and sales support processes and contributes to
delivering a high-quality agent experience.
Requirements:
● Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university during
the duration of the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors
● Field of Study: Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing or related field.
● Rising Senior during the summer of 2026.
● Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the
future, for employment-based work authorization.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $18 - $32 per hour.
