What are the responsibilities and job description for the Growth Operations Specialist (Marketing & Sales) position at Lewitzky Capital Partners?
The Mission
Lewitzky Capital Partners is on a mission to Build Charlotte’s Next Success Stories. We acquire and grow established local businesses. As our first hire, you will be the "boots on the ground" support for our portfolio companies, executing high-impact marketing and sales strategies to scale their operations.
You won't be stuck in one department. One day you might be optimizing a local HVAC company's lead generation, and the next, you’ll be drafting a sales playbook for a manufacturing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Manage and optimize digital lead flows (Google My Business, Local SEO, and CRM management).
- Sales Support: Assist in building out automated follow-up sequences and sales collateral to help local teams close deals faster.
- Brand Voice: Act as the "marketing agency" for our businesses—updating social profiles, local listings, and customer communication.
- Reporting: Track KPIs across different businesses to show exactly how our growth strategies are working.
- Operational Agility: Support the Managing Partners in due diligence and onboarding new acquisitions.
- The "Figure-It-Out" Factor: You are a self-starter. If you don't know how to use a specific CRM or ad platform, you’ll have it mastered by Monday morning.
- Charlotte Native at Heart: You understand the local landscape and take pride in seeing Charlotte businesses thrive.
- Communication Pro: You can talk to a shop foreman in the morning and a CEO in the afternoon.
- Relevant Degree: Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or 1–2 years of relevant "grind" experience).
- Direct Access: You will work directly with the Managing Partners, getting a front-row seat to Private Equity and M&A.
- Impact: Your work directly affects the lives of local employees and the success of the Queen City.
- Growth Path: As we grow our portfolio, you grow. This role is designed to evolve into a Lead Growth Manager or Portfolio Director.
