Job Summary And Qualifications
- 1. Promptly answers all incoming calls and assists in placing out-going calls.
- 2. Responds to code phone, code computer or wall panel alarms which takes priority over any calls except the fire alarm and making sure that appropriate personnel are notified.
- 3. Monitors fire panel alarms, wall alarms, code phone and code computer where applicable, contacting the fire department and other appropriate personnel when needed.
- 4. Pages on web based paging system and switch board for authorized personnel, physician sand emergency calls.
- Places long distance and Watts Line Calls for various departments and doctors' offices.
- 6.Assists patients by advising how to place local and long distance calls.
- Answers patient information calls whenever necessary.
- 8.Document vital information to assist supervisor in maintaining current files with the daily PBX operations.
