Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with fuel purchases and convenience store items.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including fueling areas and convenience store shelves.
- Stock merchandise and ensure that products are displayed to encourage sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in retail sales, including cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
